Van de Cabriolet-versie van de Blazer K5 zijn slechts 548 exemplaren gebouwd, wat deze Amerikaanse klassieker tot een zeldzame verschijning maakt. De Chevrolet wordt aangedreven door de krachtige 350 CUI V8-motor die is gekoppeld aan een automatische versnellingsbak. Ook is deze auto voorzien van de populaire en optionele vierwielaandrijving.
